Number of pets allowed per apartment: 3 pet maximum
Non-Refundable Fee: $300 for small pet’s (25 lbs. and under) and $500 for large pet (26 lbs. and over).
Our community partners with Pet Screening. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment. To provide our residents with the most pet-friendly and pet responsible experience, all pets and animals on our property must be registered in Pet Screening. If you do not have a pet, we still need you to fill out the questionnaire in Pet Screening. The per pet application fee is $25 when payable by credit card and $20 when payable by ACH. Each pet profile must be processed separately but the multi-pet discount will be automatically applied to any additional pet profiles processed.Pet rent is based on Pet Screening results. Scoring for 0-2 paws is $75 per month, 3-5 paws is $25 per month. Pet Screening is used for all residents whether you own a pet or not. Mostly quiet. The staff is quick to respond and always professional. The grounds are kept clean, especially the playground. Love that we are 20 minutes from St. Augustine. Also Fort Family Park is nearby and amazing. Can take bikes there and ride.
I love it here! I moved in July!! The grounds are kept up well. The pool area and amenities are always clean. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is on time. It's very nice here.! And quiet! I have recommended anybody that was looking in the area to come and live here!
I moved to Alaqua in 07/22. So far I'm very happy, the sizes of the apartments it's big, it's clean, I fell safe here, maintenance it's quick to resolve any problems. So far no issues and I'm happy to recommend to anybody that is looking for a nice place to call home.
