Number of pets allowed per apartment: 3 pet maximum
Non-Refundable Fee: $300 for small pet’s (25 lbs. and under) and $500 for large pet (26 lbs. and over).
Our community partners with Pet Screening. We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment. To provide our residents with the most pet-friendly and pet responsible experience, all pets and animals on our property must be registered in Pet Screening. If you do not have a pet, we still need you to fill out the questionnaire in Pet Screening. Please reach out to a team member as pricing varies. Each pet profile must be processed separately. Pet rent is based on Pet Screening results. Scoring for 0-2 paws is $75 per month, 3-5 paws is $25 per month. Pet Screening is used for all residents whether you own a pet or not.
