Mostly quiet. The staff is quick to respond and always professional. The grounds are kept clean, especially the playground. Love that we are 20 minutes from St. Augustine. Also Fort Family Park is nearby and amazing. Can take bikes there and ride.
I love it here! I moved in July!! The grounds are kept up well. The pool area and amenities are always clean. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is on time. It's very nice here.! And quiet! I have recommended anybody that was looking in the area to come and live here!
I moved to Alaqua in 07/22. So far I'm very happy, the sizes of the apartments it's big, it's clean, I fell safe here, maintenance it's quick to resolve any problems. So far no issues and I'm happy to recommend to anybody that is looking for a nice place to call home.
